Shipping policy

ORDER PRODUCTION:
Please allow up to 5-9 business days for us to create your order before it ships. Each item is made to order just for you to reduce waste.  Expect an email within this time to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
A flat rate shipping fee applies to all orders containing one item. If purchasing more than one item, any additional charges will be calculated at check out.

After order production is complete and your item has shipped, orders generally arrive within 2-5 business days.  We use USPS, DHL, or OnTrac for shipping (subject to change). 

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after order date if the item is unused and in its original condition. See our return policy for details.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 30 days of order date at support@steppinggreen.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
